It can be overwhelming to select design firms, contractors and consultants. We can help you build the best team for your project and assist you with requests for proposals (RFPs) when needed. We will help with all contracts, invoicing review, and progress monitoring throughout the duration of the project. 

Money Management

Tracking the total cost of a project is a detailed activity that we manage with ease. We track all vendors, contractors, owners’ reps, tenant or owner cost, and help you manage the month-to-month cash flow of the project. We track the project estimates compared to the actual project cost so you know where things stand.

Construction 

We monitor the construction drawing and permitting process, as well as manage the construction. We walk the site and provide you with a weekly report on the progress. We make small decisions on your behalf and involve you when you are needed on larger decisions, all in a timely manner to avoid schedule delays.

Project Close Out

As the project closes out, we stay by your side. We help ensure that your punch list, move, final invoices, and operation manuals are complete. We make sure you are up and running for day one at your new location.
