Family Attic Renovation

When a family of six decided they needed more space for each child to have a bedroom, we took them through our Phase 1 process. It gave them options for their house, zoning regulations, pricing, and market conditions to make the best decision for their family. At the end of the process, they reluctantly decided that moving for them was the more cost-effective solution. When they found a new home, they reengaged us for a smaller addition in their walk-up attic.  Now every child has a bedroom to call their own. We kept the finishes consistent, maximized the ceiling height, and added skylights to make the once unfinished attic feel inviting and a part of the larger home.
