Leaf Court New Build

The Leaf Court New Build was designed as a family retreat for an empty nester couple with an active social calendar. While they were looking to downsize, this couple’s priority was to have ample space for both gatherings and long term visits from family and friends, spread across the country. Divided into two wings, the design balances these needs through both quiet private areas and open social spaces. On one side of the main entry, a sunroom, living room, dining room and kitchen flow seamlessly into one another. Three bedrooms are located in the other wing, each with its own ensuite for the comfort of their guests. By positioning these primary spaces on one level and thoughtfully considering the flow and scale of circulation, this couple can now gracefully age in place at Leaf Court surrounded by their family and friends.
